Template Building Blocks

Complex things can always be broken into smaller parts. Paragraphs into sentences, sentences into words, and words into single letters. Templates in ProcessPlan can be broken down, too. In ProcessPlan, you have two building blocks: tasks and responses. Tasks have responses and responses lead to other tasks. A task can have several response options, but only one of those options can be selected. A response can launch one or multiple tasks. A response can also lead back to a task (at ProcessPlan we refer to this as a loopback). These building blocks can be combined in many different ways to create processes that fit your needs.
