The Process History Log

Every process instance keeps a running, human-readable text log of what has happened to it: tasks created and completed, responses chosen, automated actions, and AI activity. The Process History page shows it in full.

Open it from a process instance’s menu (the text log option). The page has two panels:

  • Process Information - The process name and ID, its start and completed dates, and timing stats: Process Time and Process Duration, alongside the Median Time and Median Duration for this process, so you can see at a glance whether this instance ran faster or slower than usual

  • Process History - The full text log. It’s read-only; click it to copy the entire log to your clipboard, which is handy for pasting into a support conversation or the AI Assistant

For a structured, filterable record of field-level changes, use the Audit Trail instead; the history log is the narrative version.
