Navigating the Tasks/Processes Screen

When viewing your tasks or processes you will find a menu like the one below.

The My Tasks screen: summary tiles for tasks due today, due this week, completed, and time tracked, above a filterable table of your assigned tasks.

Navigation on the page:

Section titled “Navigation on the page:”

  1. Checkbox - Clicking this icon allows you to select this process. Once selected, an action can be performed on it.

  2. Navigation button - Clicking this icon will bring up the Process Diagram, Heat Map, Process Table, and Process fields for this process.

  3. Plus button - Clicking this icon will take you to the Start a Process page.

  4. Refresh button - Clicking this icon will refresh the page

  5. Filter button - Clicking this icon will toggle the search filters for all columns on the page

  6. Column button - Clicking this icon will allow you to control what columns are displayed on the screen.
