Full Audit Log

The Full Audit Log (Administration > Account > Full Audit Log) is the account-wide record of changes. Where a process’s own audit trail covers a single instance, this log covers everything, one row per recorded change.

Each row shows a Description of the change, the Field Name, the Old Value and New Value, the related process under Process Fields, the Template, who made it under Updated By, and the Date.

Use Toggle Filter Row to filter any column. Filtering Updated By to one person, Template to one process, or Date to a range answers most “who changed this?” questions in a few clicks.
