Integrations

The Integrations screen (Administration > Integrations > Integrations) connects your account to third-party services so automated actions and AI features can work with them.

Add an integration

1. Click New Integration

2. Choose the Integration Type: ConnectWise Manage, Google, Microsoft, or Slack

3. Complete the connection:

   • Microsoft and Slack use a secure sign-in - click Authenticate Microsoft or Authenticate Slack and approve access in the window that opens. The link changes to Reauthenticate once connected

   • ConnectWise Manage and Google present the credential fields they need directly on the form
