AI Usage Log

The AI Usage Log (Administration > Account > AI Usage) records every AI interaction on your account, which is invaluable both for understanding usage and for troubleshooting an AI-driven step that didn’t do what you expected.

Each row shows the AI Prompt, the related Process Template, Process Instance, AI Employee Job, and AI Employee (when applicable), the Date/Time, the Input Tokens and Output Tokens consumed, and the Invoice Date it will be billed under.

Click a row to open the AI Usage Detail panel, which shows the complete Prompt that was sent and the complete AI Response. If an AI Prompt action or AI agent produced a surprising result, this is where you see exactly what it was asked and exactly what it answered.

Use Toggle Filter Row to filter any column; the date and token columns support range filters, so you can quickly find the heaviest interactions or everything tied to one process.
