Task Notification Emails

Note: ProcessPlan only sends task notification emails when the responsibility of a process changes hands from one person to another.

Task notification emails can be turned off via two methods:

  1. Task notification emails can be turned off for a specific task by right-clicking on the task in the process flow diagram template and choosing Task Settings from the menu. Then, in the right settings panel, find the toggle switch that says Send Emails on Task Assignments and turn this setting off. This setting controls task assignment emails for the selected task only.

  2. Users can turn off task assignment emails within their individual user profile settings. This will prevent emails being sent to the user only.
