=LISTUNIQUE

The =LISTUNIQUE() function accepts a semicolon separated text list and returns a list containing only the unique entries from the original list.

=LISTUNIQUE(SemicolonSeparatedList)
  • SemicolonSeparatedList – The semicolon-separated list of text values to evaluate.
  • Evaluates each item in the list.

  • Removes duplicate entries, so each value appears only once.

  • Returns the resulting list in the order of first occurrence.

  • Formula functions are case sensitive and must be written in ALL CAPS.

  • Useful for cleaning up lists and ensuring no repeated entries.

=LISTUNIQUE(Entry1; Entry2; Entry3; Entry2; Entry3; Entry4)

Entry1; Entry2; Entry3; Entry4
