How to get started

1. Turn on the AI Strategist add-on.

   The Strategist is a paid add-on, billed per team member. An account administrator can turn it on from the Plan & Payment page. Until it’s on, you see a free preview of the focus areas and recommendations it would act on.

2. Meet your Strategist.

   A leader on your team has a short guided conversation - about 10 minutes - about what your company is driving at. It records your goals as strategic initiatives and uses them to target everything it does for you. On a new account the same conversation keeps going: once your goals are recorded, the Strategist offers to design your first two or three processes to serve them - proposals you approve before anything is built.
