Dashboards

ProcessPlan includes five dashboards, found under Reports > Dashboards. Each is a grid of metric cards, charts, and tables that load live data. Several charts are clickable: for example, clicking a process’s bar or pie slice drills into the matching process list.

The five dashboards

  • Executive Dashboard - The whole operation at a glance: Active Processes, Past Due Processes, Tasks Completed This Week, and Avg Completion Time cards, plus charts including Process Starts (30 Days), Task Completions (30 Days), Active by Process, Workload by Person, Past Due by Process, Monthly Completions (12 Months), Active Processes by Group, and Starts vs Completions (30 Days), which shows whether your backlog is growing. A Top 10 Oldest Pending Processes table links straight to each process

  • Team Performance - How teams and people are doing: Avg Task Duration by Team, Past Due Rate by Team, Open Tasks by Team, Tasks Completed per Person (30 Days), and Avg Response Time per Person

  • Process Health - How each process design is performing: Processes Completed by Type, Avg Completion Time by Process, Process Backlog by Type, Avg Process Age by Type, and a Completion Trend (30 Days) chart

  • My Dashboard - Your personal view: My Pending Tasks, My Overdue Tasks, My Completed This Week, and My Time Today cards, plus My Task Trend (30 Days) and My Tasks by Process charts

  • Operations - Work that needs attention: Stalled Process Count, Unassigned Tasks, and Tasks Without Due Dates cards, plus a Stalled Processes table (open processes with no task activity in the last 7 days) and a Stalled Processes by Process chart

Customize what you see

Section titled “Customize what you see”

Click the Customize dashboard widgets icon at the top right of any dashboard to open the Customize Dashboard window. Check or uncheck any widget, grouped under Metric Cards, Charts, and Tables, then click Save. Your choices are saved per dashboard and only affect your own view.

Some widgets are available but hidden by default; for example, the Executive Dashboard also offers Active Tasks and Past Due Tasks cards, and Team Performance offers Completed Tasks by Team.
