Process Task Tags
Tags are colored labels for tasks. Once a task carries a tag, the tag’s colors follow it everywhere: task lists, dashboard table columns, and process calendars, where each instance’s tile takes the color of its current task’s tag. A good tag scheme gives you status-at-a-glance across the whole product.
Tags are managed under Administration > Processes > Process Tags, on the Process Task Tags page. The list previews each tag as a colored chip and shows its Tag Description and owner: an Account Level Tag is available to everyone, a Personal Tag only to its creator.
