Decision Journal

The Decision Journal (Administration > AI Strategist > Decision Journal) is the oversight page for everything the AI Strategist does. It answers one question at any moment: what has the Strategist done, and on whose authority?

The page has three bands:

  • Decision Queue - The items waiting on your call, ranked. Each one arrives with the context and the Strategist’s recommendation attached, so a decision is usually one click. Clear the queue and the company ran itself that day

  • Value Ledger - What the Strategist has found and what verifiably changed as a result, alongside the Autonomy Index, which reflects how much it is currently trusted to do on its own

  • The journal itself - The plain-English audit trail of every consequential action: autonomous launches, approvals and declines, applied template changes, and autonomy decisions, each entry recording who decided what, and when

Turning the account-wide autonomy switch on or off (in Account Information) is itself journaled here, as is every move the Strategist makes under Process Ownership.

Letting one of the Strategist’s analysts act without asking is always recorded, however it happens. Usually the analyst earns it and you accept its offer from the Decision Queue. An administrator can also grant it outright in the analyst’s settings, and that lands here too, noting that it was granted directly rather than earned, so “who authorized this, and on what basis?” always has an answer.
