Account Information
Administration > Account > Account Information is where account administrators manage company-wide settings. Click the Save icon in the header after making changes.
Account Information
Section titled “Account Information”Your Business name (required), Website URL, Country, Date format (choose how dates display throughout the app), and Billing Email Address.
Company Profile
Section titled “Company Profile”Optional details that help the AI Strategist tailor its guidance to your business: Company size, Annual revenue, Industry and Industry description, Region, Headquarters country, Business model, Ownership, Growth stage, Year founded, and any Compliance and regulatory frameworks that apply to you. The more of this you fill in, the better the Strategist can match its advice to companies like yours.
The Industry description is the single most valuable field: describe what your business actually does and who it serves, in your own words. This matters especially if you serve an industry rather than belong to it - a firm that details cars for dealerships is a service provider to dealers, not a dealership - because the Strategist relies on this description to watch the markets, regulations, and hiring trends that genuinely affect you. The Industry dropdown is just the closest broad category.
AI Strategist Autonomy
Section titled “AI Strategist Autonomy”The Allow AI Strategist to act autonomously toggle is the master switch for autonomous action. When it’s off, all autonomous actions are paused and the Strategist waits for your approval on everything. Changes to this switch are recorded in the Decision Journal.
Customizations
Section titled “Customizations”Brand the app for your team: pick the Header bar color and upload a Company logo (light background) and Company logo (dark background). You can also turn on Automatically Submit Task Notification Email Responses.
Account Status
Section titled “Account Status”A read-only summary of your Current User Count, File Storage used, Account Status, and Current Plan. To make plan changes, see Plan, Payment, and Invoices.
Single Sign-On
Section titled “Single Sign-On”Single sign-on is available through enterprise federation, social login, or username and password authentication. Use the Support Call button to schedule a free call and get it set up.
