Providing Process Suggestions

ProcessPlan gives Process participants the ability to leave suggestions for the template designer. Provide feedback to make sure your processes are always running efficiently.

To provide a suggestion, do the following:

1. Click on a task > scroll to the bottom of the task panel > Enter your suggestion in the Contact the Process Designer section

2. Submit your suggestion by completing the task

Tip

The template designer will be able to see the task you were working on when the note was submitted.
