Navigating the App
ProcessPlan’s interface is organized around a navigation bar that gives you quick access to every major area of the app.
Main areas
Section titled “Main areas”- My Tasks - your landing page after you log in: the to-do list of every task assigned to you.
- Dashboard - an at-a-glance overview of what needs your attention right now, including tasks assigned to you and processes you’re involved in.
- Processes - running processes and the templates they’re launched from. This is where day-to-day work lives.
- Templates - the library of reusable process definitions your organization has built.
- Strategic Initiatives - the prioritized list of initiatives your team is pursuing, often created and refined together with the AI Strategist.
- AI Strategist - open an AI Strategy Session with the AI Strategist from the navigation bar at any time. Contextual AI help also opens in a side panel, so you can keep working while you talk. New to it? See Getting Started with the AI Strategist or the AI Strategist on our website.
Working with lists
Section titled “Working with lists”Most areas of ProcessPlan present data in sortable, filterable tables. You can sort by clicking column headers and filter to narrow down what you see. Some lists - like Strategic Initiatives - also support drag-and-drop reordering to set priority directly.
Side panels
Section titled “Side panels”Actions like editing a record or talking with the AI open in a panel on the right side of the screen rather than navigating away. This keeps your current page visible so you don’t lose your place.
