The Happy Path

Building Processes can seem overwhelming! After all, processes are nuanced and complex; there are so many paths one process can take! Where do you even begin? When building processes, you should design the “happy path” first. The “happy path” is the path that leads to the best outcome for your organization. When designing the happy path, define the best outcome for your organization and then ask yourself “what’s next?” until you reach the desired outcome.
