These are only a few examples of the processes that can be managed by ProcessPlan.
This is not a complete definitive list. Use these examples to prompt ideas of your own.
New Hires
An email address is created called resumes@yourdomain.com. New hire candidates email their resumes to this email address which automatically kicks off a new process instance for each candidate to manages that candidates interview process.
Online recruiting sites can also email candidates to the email address created above so that all candidates flow into the same funnel.
ProcessPlan automatically routes the candidates information to the appropriate people based on the position being filled. If it is determined to move on to the interview phase, ProcessPlan will ensure that each stakeholder is scheduled for an interview and each stakeholder and enter their decision into the process flow.
If the candidate is approved to move on to the next phase, ProcessPlan can automatically schedule background checks and drug tests.
All along the way, ProcessPlan is automatically email updates to the candidate so the person is always informed about where they are in the process.
Project Management
Most project follow a repeatable pattern. Discovery, quoting, negotiation, acceptance, delivery, payment, follow-up. Using ProcessPlan, decision tree diagrams, you can map out every possible permutation your projects could follow. Then, when you start your project management everything will be managed by the system and will be completed perfectly every time, regardless of which paths the project follows.
Invoice Approvals
ProcessPlan’s AI can automatically “read” invoices to determine the vendor’s name and total invoice amount. Then, ProcessPlan can automatically route the invoices to the appropriate person or department for review and approval. Then, our AI Robots can automatically enter the invoice into your accounting system.
Recurring Processes
Organizations in every industry and every size have many recurring processes that must be completed frequently. For example, accounting month-end close procedures, annual employee reviews, annual year-end close procedures, weekly blog posts, daily report generation, etc.

Production Management

Every external customer request can automatically start a process that manages the fulfillment of that request. Asset Tracking
ProcessPlan gives you the ability to build your own database tables. Therefore, you can create tables for tracking company assets. Then, your business processes can automatically add and remove assets and asset assignments when business processes are executed.
For example, a Purchasing process can automatically add records to your asset table. Then, a New Hire Onboarding process can automatically assign asset to the new hire. Lastly, an Employee Termination process can automatically remove asset assignments and make them available to the next hire.
Product Life Cycle Management
