Personal Tasks

ProcessPlan is great for managing your business tasks. You never have to worry about what to do next because the tasks automatically appear on your task list. However, did you know you can also use ProcessPlan to manage your personal tasks as well?

Personal tasks are private, meaning they are only visible to the task creator. Like all tasks in ProcessPlan, personal tasks follow their own process diagram, so you can do things like add a follow up task or automation. By default, the personal task template has 1 task and 4 responses. ProcessPlan tasks also have a built in Notes section, so you can jot down thoughts while working on personal tasks. Feel free to add additional process fields to hold any information you might need like a client name perhaps. Each ProcessPlan user has their own personal task plan, so changes made to your personal task template will not affect other users.
