Dynamic Task Ownership
Make task ownership dynamic. It's not uncommon for a task – or process – to need to be assigned to a group of users, so then one user can take individual ownership of the task from there. This structure is typically useful for team-based groups where workloads fluctuate and adjust in real time. Implementing dynamic task ownership allows users to claim task ownership themselves. This week's example uses a support request to demo this feature.
