What “Recording a Job” Means

One of your people turns on our free screen recorder and does one of their normal jobs. That video is the only thing we need from you. There is nothing to write down, nothing to fill in, and no diagram to draw. The recorder is free, and so is the process diagram AI builds from it.

The Recorder

It is a small free program that you download from within your ProcessPlan account. Start it, work the way you always work, talk through what you are doing, and stop it when the job is finished.

If the job takes thirty minutes and touches nine different programs and two websites, that's fine.
