New Feature: Process Table Field Filters

One of the most popular features in ProcessPlan are our Process Tables. Process Tables allow businesses to build databases within ProcessPlan. Process Tables combined with Automated Actions and Field Formulas allow business to build entire business operating system with no code.

Within ProcessPlan we have a couple of process field types that allow people to populate drop down lists and checklists by querying their Process Table records. This new feature we’ve added allows people to customize their filters/queries so their drop down lists and checklists only display values that match the query.

For instance, let’s say someone has a Project Table where they track all their projects. However, in a field drop down list they only want to display their active jobs. Using the new Process Table filter functionality this can be done easily.

This Process Table filter feature also make it easy to create cascading selection lists, so that the value selected in one drop down list, determines the choice that are displayed in the next drop down list and so on.

If you need any assistance implementing Process Table Filters, feel free to contact support. We’ll be happy to help.
